Marius Fortelni, the founder and CEO of Forté Development, is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in real estate development, construction, and finance across three continents. His career in real estate began in Africa and Saudi Arabia with his family’s ownership of the region’s largest cement company. Later, he managed the design and construction of large-scale residential subdivisions for the Royal Saudi Commission. These early experiences laid the foundation for his love of architecture and timeless design. His journey in led him to developing a collection of exceptional properties in New York, with a focus on The Hamptons and Manhattan submarkets. Today, his primary focus is luxury residential real estate throughout the state of Florida.
